Position Overview 职位概述
Candidates should have the ability to design furniture product brands. They should possess a strong design sense and be adaptable to different project requirements. For furniture and lighting series, candidates should have a keen interest and some understanding. Additionally, candidates should actively accept feedback and guidance.
候选人需要具备完成家具产品品牌设计的能力。候选人应具备强烈的设计意识，能够适应不同的项目需求。对于家具和灯具系列，候选人需要有浓厚的兴趣并且有一定的了解。同时，候选人应积极主动地接受反馈和指导。
Responsibilities 工作职责
- Assist in designing and developing products from concept to completion.
- 协助完成从产品概念到完成阶段的设计开发
- Present design ideas and product features to superiors.
- 向上级演示设计思路及产品特性
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality control.
- 在保持质量控制的同时并行管理多个项目
- Coordinate with colleagues in the marketing department and collaborate with factories for drawings.
- 能够和团队中市场部同事进行合理对接，配合对接工厂出图。
Requirements 职位要求
- Candidates with a background in product design or related fields are preferred.
- 产品设计或相关专业者优先
- Candidates with experience in furniture design are preferred.
- 具有家具设计经验者优先
- Proficient in using modeling and rendering software.
熟练使用 建模渲染作图软件。
- Have a comprehensive portfolio and the ability to independently create product presentations. Proficient in using basic Adobe Creative Suite.
- 有完整的作品集，可独立完成产品展示作品集。熟练使用基本adobe creative suite。
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to work independently, with a sense of responsibility and teamwork. Possess strong self-discipline.
人际交往能力较强，可独立完成工作，同时具有责任感和团队协作能力。自律性强。
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Mandarin Chinese. Fluency in English is preferred.
- 有良好中文的口头和书面沟通技巧，英文可流畅使用者优先。
