As a Recruiter, you’ll be central to that effort by connecting talented professionals with meaningful opportunities and building lasting relationships.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be trained and supported as you learn how to:
- Source and engage candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, networking, referrals, social media, and direct outreach
- Partner with colleagues to understand client hiring needs and role requirements
- Submit qualified candidates and assist with salary recommendations
- Coordinate interviews and manage follow‑up communication
- Act as a candidate advocate, guiding individuals through interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations
- Manage consultants while on assignment and support redeployment efforts
- Ensure pre‑employment steps such as references, background checks, and drug screens are completed efficiently
- Build lasting relationships with candidates, clients, and teammates
- Stay current on recruiting trends and contribute creative sourcing ideas
This is a fast‑paced, relationship‑focused role where no two days are the same.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 1–5 years of professional experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, or a client‑facing environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism
- Comfort with technology, internet research, and social media (especially Indeed and LinkedIn)
- A competitive, driven mindset paired with a collaborative, team‑oriented approach
