Key Responsibilities
- Analyze CRM and customer lifecycle data
- Generate reports for sales and marketing teams
- Work with Salesforce data and dashboards
- Support campaign and performance analysis
- Ensure data quality and consistency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of Data Analyst experience
- Experience with CRM/Salesforce data
- Strong SQL and reporting skills
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce reporting and dashboards
- Experience with customer analytics
- BI tools experience
