Role
We are hiring a Vice President of Operations to take over day-to-day leadership of the business and help scale Xenicus over the next several years. This role has an intended pathway to CEO/COO within 12 months. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial operator to step into a role withreal ownership, meaningful autonomy, and long-term upside.
· Lead day-to-day operations across clients, teams, and service lines
· Manage and develop a team of revenue cycle consultants
· Improve structure, processes, and accountability across the business
· Build and lead a sales pipeline and growth strategy
· Participate in closing new business
· Drive technology and AI strategy to improve efficiency and scalability
· Oversee offshore vendor performance and expansion
· Partner with the founder and transition into full operational ownership
Qualifications
· Proven operator with experience scaling teams or business units
· Healthcare or RCM experience strongly preferred
· Strong leadership, organizational, and execution skills
· Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
· Experience with systems, process improvement, and operational technology
· Ability to lead growth initiatives and client relationships
