As the Culture & Engagement Manager, you will architect the intersection of technology and human connection, leveraging data analytics and AI tools to boost engagement for a massive global support organization. This is a high-impact role where you will design scalable leadership pipelines and use predictive sentiment analysis to revolutionize how a modern workforce thrives in the age of automation.

The Role

• Design and execute high-impact annual engagement strategies and large-scale cultural campaigns supported by AI-driven personalization and sentiment analysis.

• Spearhead GenAI adoption initiatives, integrating automated tools into daily workflows and training programs to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.

• Lead organizational change management using proven methodologies like ADKAR, Kotter, or Prosci to navigate complex cultural shifts and technology integrations.

• Architect data-driven leadership development programs, utilizing AI to create personalized learning paths that correlate directly to promotion readiness and ROI.

• Transform global all-hands meetings into compelling, immersive events while managing substantial budgets focused on reducing voluntary attrition.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in Organizational Development, HR, or Employee Experience, ideally within a high-growth tech environment.

• Expertise in Change Management frameworks (Prosci/ADKAR) and a track record of influencing executive-level stakeholders through data storytelling.

• Hands-on familiarity with Generative AI tools and data analytics platforms to measure employee sentiment and program effectiveness.

• Strategic mindset with the ability to manage complex budgets and prove the financial ROI of "soft" cultural initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience in a leadership-focused role.
