A premier real estate and economic development consulting firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to join the team in Los Angeles on a temporary basis. Who You Are

You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting C-level executives
Skilled in managing complex calendars and travel arrangements
Strong organizational and time management abilities with multitasking skills
Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Able to handle confidential information with discretion
Degree preferred; experience in professional services or consulting is a plus

What You’ll Do

Manage senior leaders’ calendars, anticipating and resolving conflicts
Coordinate detailed travel plans, including urgent changes
Handle administrative tasks such as expense reporting, timesheets, and tech support
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including Partners and Board Members
Support Studio operations, including meetings, events, and Zoom hosting
Assist with special projects and provide backup support to the admin team

Leaders’ schedules and travel run smoothly with minimal issues
Administrative tasks are accurate and completed on time
Meetings and events are well-organized and executed seamlessly
You demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and adaptability daily

Pay Rate Range: $35-42 per hour, based on experience

Location: Los Angeles, CA – Hybrid
