Human Resources Generalist
An established Charlotte corporate office is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join their team. In this role, you will partner closely with company leadership to support and execute key HR initiatives, helping to strengthen processes and enhance the overall employee experience. Salary up to $75k a year and excellent benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Support full-cycle recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate communication, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Advise managers on employee relations matters, performance discussions, and HR best practices
- Assist in resolving workplace concerns and ensuring consistent application of company policies
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes while maintaining accurate employee records and HRIS data
- Coordinate payroll updates and benefits administration, serving as a point of contact for employee questions
- Support compensation review activities and training initiatives
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2–5 years of human resources experience
- Experience with HRIS systems, payroll coordination, and benefits administration
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
