Role Overview:
We’re looking for a freelance Content Creator based in Charlotte, NC to help us film and produce high-quality TikToks and other short-form content. This is a part-time, in-person role with flexible hours — perfect for someone who’s excited to get behind the camera and help elevate the quality, consistency, and creativity of our content.
This role has the potential to evolve into a full-time opportunity with expanded creative responsibilities over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with filming TikTok and social video content, primarily in-person
- Help direct and give real-time feedback while shooting (framing, delivery, retakes)
- Brainstorm content ideas and help shape creative angles and visual execution
- Stay on top of short-form content trends and suggest fresh approaches
- (Bonus) Light editing in CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools
Experience & Qualifications
- Prior experience filming and producing content for social (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
- Comfort behind the camera and familiarity with both natural and studio lighting
- Ability to move quickly and adapt — not everything will be a perfect studio setup
- Strong understanding of storytelling and pacing for short-form content
- Portfolio, work samples, or active personal/brand social channels preferred
