About The Opportunity
A fast-growing administrative team needs a detail-oriented Records Clerk to maintain both physical and electronic files, support document intake workflows, and ensure records accuracy and compliance. This role suits organized candidates who excel at scanning, indexing, and managing retention schedules while working in a hybrid environment. Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems: index, file, retrieve, archive, and purge records per retention schedules.
- Perform daily document scanning, imaging, OCR verification, and accurate metadata entry for rapid retrieval.
- Operate mailroom and document intake processes, including sorting, routing, and managing incoming/outgoing couriers.
- Execute quality checks and reconciliation to ensure data integrity across DMS and paper archives.
- Prepare documentation packages and support internal and external audits and requests for information.
- Adhere to confidentiality and compliance requirements; propose improvements to filing and digitization workflows.
