Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Miami / Fort Lauderdale area. This role helps shape the day-to-day content, community, and brand moments across Shred Happens + Kaizen. You’ll be working directly with a creator-led, fast growing brand - learning how viral content is actually made, getting your hands on real campaigns, and seeing your work go live in real time. If you’re online, creative, obsessed with social media and want a role where you can skill-build, take ownership, and grow with the brand, this is a chance to level up while doing work people actually see.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Social Media Support
- Assist with filming content multiple times per week (including cooking content, live videos and various social media content)
- Support pre- and post-production setup and cleanup for content shoots
- Assist with creating compelling videos that help broaden the Kaizen scope
- Assist with posting content across Kaizen social media platforms (primarily Instagram & TikTok)
- Help manage comments and DM’s across both Kaizen brand accounts
- Engaging with each individual community in a friendly, on-brand voice through comments, DM’s and email
- Help maintain a positive, responsive brand presence
- Support community growth and engagement initiatives
- Edit videos for both Kaizen and Shred Happens when needed
Analytics & Reporting
- Gather monthly analytics from Instagram & TikTok
- Help track performance trends and content insight
- Assist in compiling reports for internal review
Trend & Content Ideation
- Staying up to date on social media trends, sounds, and relevant formats
- Share creative ideas for content, hooks, and engagement
Influencer & Seeding Support
- Assist with influencer outreach and follow-ups
- Track responses, shipments, and content deliverables
Events & Activations
- Assist with in-person brand activations and events
- Provide onsite support as needed (setup, coordination, content capture)
General Support
- Run occasional brand related errands
- Support day-to-day marketing needs as they arise
Qualifications
- Being hungry to learn, grow and scale a rapidly growing brand
- Based in or near North Miami Beach, Florida
- Owns a vehicle and is able to drive
- Ability to be in-person multiple times per week
- Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing
- Comfortable being on camera and behind the scenes
- Highly organized, reliable, and proactive
- Familiar with TikTok & Instagram (posting, trends, analytics)
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Great to Have
- Experience with content creation or social media management
- Interest in wellness and food brands
- Basic knowledge of influencer marketing
- Video editing experience (ideally CapCut)
