Executive Assistant

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Executive Assistant to support the General Manager of Compute. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has a knack for keeping executives organized and informed. You will serve as a trusted partner to the GM, providing high-level administrative support and ensuring seamless operations across a variety of initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Calendar & Schedule Management: Provide sophisticated calendar management for the Compute GM, prioritize inquiries, troubleshoot conflicts, and adjust plans for internal and high-profile external engagements.
- Travel Coordination: Manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements on both commercial and private flights.
- Executive Support: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external constituencies, handling confidential or critical matters with discretion and judgment.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with the GM’s Chief of Staff and other executive admins to align priorities, flag risks, and implement best practices.
- Administrative Excellence: Handle expense reports, contact lists, SharePoint site management, and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Event Planning: Support planning of onsite and offsite team events and other projects as assigned.
