Our client, a healthcare organization with approx. 100 people on staff, is currently looking for a new EA to support the firms CEO. They are based downtown in the Financial District.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance and should be well-organized, comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf and have the ability to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.
Responsibilities
- Calendar management
- Aid executive in preparing for board meetings & travel arrangements
- Expense reports
- Scheduling appointments, meetings (domestic & international) and welcoming clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Required Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Pay range and compensation package
105k-120k, based on experience
