We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Creative Services Manager to join our team in New York, New York. This is a long-term contract position that requires a proactive individual with strong leadership skills and experience in managing creative design processes. The role involves overseeing design projects, coordinating resources, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the intake and prioritization of design requests for clients, new business initiatives, and internal projects.
• Develop resource and capacity plans across a global design team to ensure optimal workflow.
• Establish and maintain project workflows, timelines, and budget tracking to meet deadlines.
• Oversee art direction and quality assurance for all deliverables, ensuring brand consistency.
• Handle vendor and freelance management, including contracts, onboarding, invoicing, and print production coordination.
• Create detailed project estimates and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Act as the primary liaison between design teams, account teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Maintain and organize asset archives using platforms such as SharePoint.
• Serve as the central hub for brand identity, ensuring adherence to visual standards across teams.
• At least 5 years of experience in a creative agency environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator and other design tools.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Critical thinking skills and a proactive mindset to drive projects forward.
• Experience in managing resources and prioritizing tasks across a global team.
• Ability to oversee art direction and ensure the delivery of high-quality creative assets.
• Familiarity with asset archiving systems such as SharePoint.
