Savvee Inc. is seeking a skilled Website Designer to support our federal client onsite in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will manage and maintain a public-facing website, ensuring functionality, security, and responsive design while optimizing user experience across devices. - Maintaining and updating the client’s publicfacing website consistently.
- Ensuring the website’s functionality, usability, and security are maintained at the highest standards.
- Working closely with the Social Media Manager, Multimedia Content Creator, and other key personnel to meet the organization’s needs.
- Developing design mockups, UI elements, and responsive layouts to enhance user experience across devices while maintaining consistency to the client’s branding.
- Ensuring cross‑browser compatibility and compliance with DoD and the client’s security protocols.
- Collaborating with social media and multimedia teams to synchronize content, creating compliant website materials, and supporting integrated digital communication efforts.
- Continuously testing site performance, implementing improvements, managing timely content transitions, and providing 24/7 support for urgent updates or technical issues.
- Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client.
- Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support.
- Five or more years of experience in website design and maintenance
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and CMS platforms
- Strong understanding of DoDapproved digital and social media platforms
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and providing emergency support for websites
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Expertise in responsive web design, content management, and user experience optimization
- Must hold and maintain an active Secret clearance
- Proven knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and handson experience applying AI solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A highly motivated selfstarter
- Must be motivated and have excellent customer service skills
- Preferred certifications include Adobe Certified Expert, Google Analytics, and/or Certified Usability Analyst
