We are growing Clinical Research Sites in DFW.
What You'll Actually Be Doing:
Clinic administration, patient scheduling, documentation, coordinating between patients, providers, and research teams, handling everything from scheduling to data entry to site communications, troubleshooting daily operational challenges (because something always comes up), and supporting team while keeping every detail organized.
You're Perfect If:
You've worked in a clinic setting in US and know how healthcare actually operates, you can switch from scheduling patients to creating excel/ppt to answering sponsor emails-all before lunch, you're comfortable with medical terminlogy and talking to patients about their care, you thrive on variety and don't mind wearing multiple hats every single day, and you want to use your clinic experience to help bring new treatmens to patients.
Location: Southlake and Plano, TX (local candidates only)
