Role OverviewWe are seeking a Content Editor who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands how content performs in front of a live audience. This role focuses on creating highly edited video sizzles, motion graphics, and presentation content for live shows—keynotes, walk-ups, stingers, transitions, and on-screen storytelling—using the Adobe Creative Suite.
You will work closely with producers, show callers, designers, and clients to turn concepts into polished, show-ready content—often under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Create and edit sizzle videos and show content, motion graphics, animations for live events
- Design and animate keynote presentations (PowerPoint / Keynote / Google Slides), including:
- Slide animations
- Transitions
- Build-ins, reveals, and emphasis moments
- Develop show elements such as:
- Openers and walk-on videos
- Lower thirds, bumpers, stingers, and countdowns
- On-screen branding and thematic visual transitions
- Use Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and related tools to build show-ready assets
- Optimize content for LED walls, large-format projection, and broadcast feeds
- Collaborate with live event producers and technical directors to ensure timing, resolution, and playback accuracy
- Manage revisions efficiently based on client and producer feedback
- Maintain organized project files and version control for live show execution
- Support on-site or remote show rehearsals and last-minute content changes as needed
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, or live event content creation
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially:
- Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- Illustrator
- Photoshop
- Experience creating content specifically for broadcast, live events, conferences
- Solid understanding of visual storytelling, animation timing and pacing
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and frequent revisions
- Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented mindset with a high standard for polish and accuracy
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with large-scale corporate events or keynote-driven shows
- Familiarity with show playback system design (e.g., Disguise, Pixera, Watchout, or similar)
- Understanding of screen resolutions, aspect ratios, and LED wall mapping
- Basic knowledge of audio timing and show flow
- Willingness to travel for live events when needed
