What You'll Be Doing

Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures across active projects
Track project deadlines and assess the downstream impact of schedule changes
Attend and participate in stakeholder meetings; document action items, decisions, and follow-ups
Analyze project data to surface trends, risks, and issues before they become problems
Prepare presentation materials and meeting documentation for project teams and stakeholders
Ensure projects remain aligned with established frameworks and documentation standards
Identify project risks and contribute to solution development alongside Project Managers
Facilitate meetings and distribute minutes to all relevant team members
Provide general administrative project support as needed

What You'll Need

1–2 years of experience in a project management or project coordination role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you're the person who catches what others miss
Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interfacing with both technical teams and business stakeholders
ServiceNow experience is a plus
Ability to work within the St. Louis metro area (remote flexibility available)
