Responsibilities
- Execute flavor innovation and research projects by accurately following experimental designs, operating laboratory equipment, and preparing flavor and beverage samples.
- Maintain laboratory and sample inventory, including ingredients and supplies.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement and monitor beverage and concentrate storage studies.
- Prepare samples for analytical and sensory evaluation, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Assist Flavorists with production runs, ingredient ordering and handling, and ensuring products meet all specifications and quality standards.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $60,200 - $90,200.

Qualifications
- Education: AS/BS in a scientific field with relevant bench work experience is preferred.
- Proven ability to execute bench work with precision and attention to detail.
- Strong collaboration skills; proactively and positively partner with scientists to ensure timely completion of experiments.
- Excellent organizational skills; document work details, learnings, and highlight unexpected findings.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills; able to manage expectations and provide clear group support.
- Proactive, reliable, and self-motivated work ethic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
