The Opportunity
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Vice President (SVP) to join our executive leadership team. This role will play a critical part in shaping the company’s strategic direction, driving operational excellence, and expanding our presence across key markets.
The SVP will lead high-performing teams, oversee major projects and client relationships, and ensure the continued delivery of exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive leadership across multiple business units, projects, or regions
- Drive strategic growth initiatives, including market expansion and client development
- Oversee delivery of large-scale, complex construction projects from planning through completion
- Strengthen and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Ensure financial performance, including P&L accountability, forecasting, and cost control
- Champion operational excellence, risk management, and quality assurance standards
- Foster a culture aligned with core values: integrity, honesty, accountability, and passion
- Mentor and develop senior leadership and project teams
Qualifications & Experience
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in construction management or related industry
- Proven track record delivering large, complex projects (e.g., healthcare, commercial, institutional)
- Demonstrated success in executive-level leadership, including business development and operations
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, margins, and growth targets
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
