The Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Vice President (SVP) to join our executive leadership team. This role will play a critical part in shaping the company’s strategic direction, driving operational excellence, and expanding our presence across key markets.

The SVP will lead high-performing teams, oversee major projects and client relationships, and ensure the continued delivery of exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Provide executive leadership across multiple business units, projects, or regions
Drive strategic growth initiatives, including market expansion and client development
Oversee delivery of large-scale, complex construction projects from planning through completion
Strengthen and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
Ensure financial performance, including P&L accountability, forecasting, and cost control
Champion operational excellence, risk management, and quality assurance standards
Foster a culture aligned with core values: integrity, honesty, accountability, and passion
Mentor and develop senior leadership and project teams

Qualifications & Experience

15+ years of progressive leadership experience in construction management or related industry
Proven track record delivering large, complex projects (e.g., healthcare, commercial, institutional)
Demonstrated success in executive-level leadership, including business development and operations
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, margins, and growth targets
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
