Position Overview
Lifted Logic is seeking a Web Designer with 3–5 years of professional experience and a degree in Graphic Design with a focus on web and digital design.
This role is for a designer who understands that great web design is more than making something look good. It requires strong typography, intentional layout, and the ability to create clear, intuitive user experiences.
The ideal candidate has a sharp eye, strong design instincts, and takes pride in producing thoughtful, polished work. They are independently driven, detail-oriented, and motivated to continuously improve their craft.
Experience with branding, logo, or print design is a plus, but the primary focus of this role is web.
What You’ll Do
Design thoughtful, custom websites
- Translate strategy, content, and goals into intuitive, well-structured design solutions
- Create wireframes and high-fidelity designs that balance usability and visual clarity
- Design responsive layouts that work seamlessly across screen sizes
Apply strong visual design fundamentals
- Use typography, spacing, and hierarchy intentionally
- Create clean, cohesive layouts aligned with brand guidelines
- Produce organized, developer-ready design files in Figma
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Work closely with developers, project managers, and content creators
- Present work clearly and incorporate feedback thoughtfully
- Take ownership of your projects and timelines
Continue to refine your craft
- Stay current on tools, trends, and best practices
- Continuously improve your design skills and execution
Required Qualifications
*Experience & Education
- 3–5 years of professional web design experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design with a focus on web and digital design
Core Skills
- Strong portfolio demonstrating custom web design work
- Excellent typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills
- Proficiency in Figma
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience designing responsive websites
Plus, but Not Required
- Experience with branding, logo, or print design
- Experience working with WordPress or other CMS platforms
- Understanding of accessibility and usability best practices

Please note – Lifted Logic operates on a hybrid work scheduled and all employees are required to be in office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday)
