Recruiter (Manufacturing)

Position Summary
We are seeking a high-energy, seasoned Recruiter to manage full-cycle talent acquisition for exempt-level positions. This role focuses on supporting our corporate functions and manufacturing locations, with a specific emphasis on sourcing top-tier talent within Human Resources, Finance, and Marketing.
As a strategic partner to our hiring managers, you will navigate a fast-paced environment, managing a high volume of requisitions while ensuring a premium candidate experience and strict compliance with employment legislation.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Ownership: Lead the entire recruiting lifecycle from talent sourcing and screening to offer negotiations and onboarding coordination.
- Strategic Consultation: Conduct planning sessions with key stakeholders to establish timelines, expectations, and ideal candidate profiles.
- High-Volume Management: Efficiently manage 20+ professional-level requisitions across multiple geographic locations.
- Passive Sourcing: Proactively identify and qualify "hidden" talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM databases, and alternative sourcing methods.
- Behavioral Assessment: Utilize behavioral-based interviewing techniques to evaluate candidate knowledge, skills, and cultural alignment.
- Data-Driven Recruiting: Track pipeline metrics to measure the effectiveness of various sources and provide regular status reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition.
- Compliance & Excellence: Maintain meticulous records in Workday and ensure all hiring practices adhere to EEO, ADA, and OFCCP guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate or Agency recruiting.
- Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of recruiting for Manufacturing organizations, specifically within Finance, HR, and Marketing functions.
- Tech Savviness: Expert-level proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced experience using Workday to manage searches.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred).
- Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to build strong relationships across a remote organizational structure.
Preferred Skills
- Fluent in Google Suite.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong achievement drive and resilience.
