🚨 Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking a Capital Markets Settlement Analyst 🚨
We’re hiring a Capital Markets Settlement Analyst to support a leading financial services firm. This role sits within Capital Markets, Core Processing & Risk and plays a critical role in supporting trade lifecycle and settlement operations.
📍 Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in office)
💰 Compensation: $28–$32/hour
đź“… Duration: 12-month contract with strong temp-to-perm conversion opportunity
💼 What You’ll Do:
• Manage the end-to-end trade lifecycle, including trade matching and settlement across asset classes
• Support settlement processes across platforms such as DTC, Fed, and U.S. Treasuries
• Act as a liaison between financial advisors, trading desks, operations, and external counterparties
• Handle high-volume, time-sensitive transactions and resolve breaks/issues in real time
• Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, IT, Risk, Compliance) on process improvements and change initiatives
• Contribute to both “Run the Bank” and “Change the Bank” programs
📊 What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 2+ years of financial services experience
• Corporate finance experience required
• Hands-on trade settlement experience (DTC, Fed, U.S. Treasuries required)
• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with strong ownership mindset

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with Alteryx
• Exposure to capital markets operations or brokerage environments
