Overview
We're partnering with a design-led experiential studio creating immersive brand experiences across fashion, lifestyle, and entertainment sectors.
They're looking for a Production Coordinator to join their Los Angeles team, supporting the delivery of projects across the West Coast and beyond.
This role is well-suited to someone early in their production career who is keen to build experience within a creative, fast-moving environment.
What You'll Do
- Support Senior and Associate Producers across all phases of project delivery
- Assist with sourcing vendors, venues, and production elements
- Help build and maintain project schedules, documents, and production materials
- Coordinate vendors across pre-production and on-site delivery
- Track budgets, invoices, and production costs throughout projects
- Support client communications and internal coordination
- Organise project documentation, meeting notes, and team updates
- Be present on-site for event delivery including installation, live event, and strike
What You'll Bring
- ~2+ years' experience in events, experiential, or production environments
- Exposure to brand activations, events, or live experiences
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confident and clear communicator
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Interest in culturally relevant, brand-led work
Bonus Experience
- Experience in fashion, entertainment, or lifestyle sectors
- Familiarity with West Coast vendor or production networks
- On-site event delivery experience
