Title: Product Manager, Fixtures
Salary: $110k - $120k + 15% bonus potential
Location: Denver, NC (on-site 5 days/week)
Company Summary: A market‑leading manufacturer within the retail solutions industry is expanding its Material Handling category and seeking a Product Manager to lead strategy, product development, and commercial performance.
The Product Manager will be responsible for:
- Own the product strategy, setting and regularly updating the product and solutions roadmap, and making clear decisions on what gets built, improved, or phased out
- Plan and execute new product launches from start to finish, ensuring strong coordination across sales, marketing, operations, and global partners
- Define market needs and product requirements, prioritize features, and build clear business cases to support investment and stage‑gate decisions
- Partner with marketing and finance to define product positioning, set pricing and discount guidelines, and manage performance against revenue and margin goals
- Stay on top of competitors, customer feedback, and retail/material‑handling trends, turning insights into innovation and quarterly voice‑of‑customer summaries
- Equip the sales team with tools, playbooks, and training, and regularly present key features, value propositions, and customer ROI talking points
- Act as a visible business leader by anticipating risks, adapting plans as conditions change, collaborating effectively with leadership and international teams, and presenting clearly to executives
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in Product Management
- 3+ years working with material handling carts or shelving solutions in a retail environment
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- Understanding of domestic and global supply chains
- Ability to travel 25%, including international
