Our client is a high-growth recruitment business specialising in software engineering, go-to-market, and cyber hiring for VC-backed startups and scale-ups across the US. The team doubled in size last year and is now hiring selectively to support continued growth in a strong market.

The role
This is a true 360 position focused on software engineering recruitment within high-growth tech environments. You’ll be expected to build relationships, win new business, and own your market — not simply deliver on existing accounts.
The business is looking for mature, self-sufficient recruiters who want autonomy and accountability in equal measure, while still being part of a highly engaged and connected team.
