Our client is a US-based health and wellness product company focused on improving digestive health through specialized supplements and educational resources. They utilize a data-driven, mobile-first marketing strategy to reach a global audience. The team is small and agile, looking for a creative professional who can take ownership of video performance and help modernize the brand's visual presence.
We are looking for a part-time Video Creator specializing in performance marketing. Your primary mission is to produce high-converting video ads for Meta and TikTok. This is a long-term contract role requiring approximately 20 hours of stable weekly workload.
Responsibilities
- Edit and produce high-performing video ads using raw UGC footage, motion graphics, and text-based animations;
- Deliver approximately 5 high-quality video creatives per week;
- Work closely with the marketing team to iterate on creatives based on campaign data to improve ROI;
- Maintain visual consistency and follow brand guidelines across all video content;
- Manage basic sound design and audio balancing to ensure professional ad quality.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in video editing and motion design specifically for paid social (Meta, TikTok);
- Strong Portfolio: A proven track record of commercial projects demonstrating performance-first design;
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop);
- Experience turning raw footage and text scripts into engaging, conversion-focused ads;
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines within a remote team environment;
- Advanced English, both verbal and written.
Bonus points for
- Experience using Figma;
- Previous experience in the health, wellness, or supplements niche;
- Basic understanding of UI/UX for occasional landing page design support.
