Overview
This role will oversee a growing talent acquisition function responsible for approximately 7,000+ hires annually across the company.
This is a highly visible leadership role focused on scaling recruiting operations, improving sourcing efficiency, and modernizing talent acquisition infrastructure while leading a team of experienced recruiting managers and specialists.
The Opportunity
This role will lead a 10+ person recruiting organization supported by HR coordinators, overseeing hiring across a national footprint with significant seasonal demand.
The environment is fast-paced and metrics-driven, requiring a leader who understands high-volume hiring at scale and can optimize processes, sourcing channels, and recruiter productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Lead and develop a 10+ person recruiting organization
- Build a scalable talent acquisition strategy supporting high-volume hiring
- Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and hiring forecasts
- Establish clear KPIs and performance accountability across the recruiting team
- Optimize recruiter productivity and hiring velocity
Operational Excellence
- Improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness of sourcing channels
- Reduce reliance on single-channel sourcing strategies
- Drive process consistency across high-volume hiring workflows
- Improve hiring manager experience and recruiting service delivery
Team Leadership
- Lead multiple recruiting managers and team leads
- Develop leadership bench strength within the recruiting organization
- Build a high-performance recruiting culture
- Establish clear career paths for recruiters and coordinators
Data & Analytics
- Establish meaningful recruiting metrics and dashboards
- Track funnel conversion rates and sourcing ROI
- Improve forecasting and hiring predictability
- Use data to drive strategic decision-making
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a hands-on talent acquisition executive with deep experience leading high-volume recruiting organizations.
Required Experience
- 15+ years of recruiting experience
- 8+ years leading recruiting teams
- Experience managing teams of 10+ recruiters
- Experience supporting 1,000+ hires annually
- Strong background in high-volume or operational hiring environments
- Experience leading recruiting transformations or scaling functions
- Strong analytics and process improvement orientation
Preferred Background
- Experience in facilities services, staffing, logistics, retail, healthcare, or other high-volume industries
- Experience implementing or optimizing ATS platforms
- Experience with event hiring and large-scale recruiting programs
- Experience managing seasonal hiring cycles
