A well-established global manufacturing organization is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support end-to-end order fulfillment and customer operations.
This is a highly visible role that works cross-functionally with business management, warehousing, production planning, quality control, and technical service to ensure accurate, efficient order processing and exceptional customer support.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate timely and accurate order entry using an ERP system
- Monitor OTIF performance and report on late shipments
- Manage customer master data and order backlog
- Process product returns and credits
- Support inventory control and assist with warehouse ticket processing
- Communicate proactively with internal teams and external customers
- Assist with AI tool monitoring and integration efforts
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-3 years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong end-to-end order management experience
- ERP proficiency
- Inventory control knowledge and import/export experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to professionally support both internal and external customers
