A well-established global manufacturing organization is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support end-to-end order fulfillment and customer operations.

This is a highly visible role that works cross-functionally with business management, warehousing, production planning, quality control, and technical service to ensure accurate, efficient order processing and exceptional customer support.

What You’ll Do:

Coordinate timely and accurate order entry using an ERP system
Monitor OTIF performance and report on late shipments
Manage customer master data and order backlog
Process product returns and credits
Support inventory control and assist with warehouse ticket processing
Communicate proactively with internal teams and external customers
Assist with AI tool monitoring and integration efforts

What We’re Looking For:

1-3 years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong end-to-end order management experience
ERP proficiency
Inventory control knowledge and import/export experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to professionally support both internal and external customers
