Orlando Health is seeking a highly skilled and trusted Executive Assistant to provide advanced administrative and operational support to a Vice President or Senior Vice President. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth execution of executive priorities through exceptional organization, discretion, and proactive problem-solving and keeping operations moving seamlessly in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.

In this role, you’ll:

Provide advanced, confidential administrative support to senior executive leadership
Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and executive communications
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and special projects
Coordinate meetings and events, including agendas, materials, logistics, and follow‑up
Serve as a key point of contact for senior leaders
Maintain databases, spreadsheets, files, and records with accuracy and discretion
Organize and prioritize competing demands to ensure efficient workflow through the executive office

✅ What we’re looking for:

5+ years of executive‑level administrative, secretarial, or related experience
Associate’s Degree required (relevant experience may substitute)
Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive presence
High level of discretion and experience handling confidential information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and related tools)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
Proven ability to work independently while supporting senior leadership
