As a result of our organizational scaling, we are recruiting for a Director, Regional Operations for the East Coast with a prominent Spa, Fitness & Education organization that has multiple operations throughout the US.
Our candidate will be based in New York and travel as business necessitates to various operations within the east coast, and provide leadership and new business revenue direction to they’re team.

- Oversee operations, performance and strategic growth for multiple East Coast Operations.
- Drive revenue through KPI management, mentor staff, enforce brand standards, and support organizational success through training and marketing initiatives.
- This senior role requires a minimum of 3-5 years of hands on experience in management, strong leadership, and ability to travel regularly, preferably from a fitness, hospitality spa or a educational industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Manage multiple the New York NY and East Coast locations, ensuring adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Performance Management: Analyze KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to improve revenue and reduce expenses, driving profitability across the region.
- Organizational Support: Collaborate with other leaders with new operational openings, pre-sales, local marketing, and staff training.
- Staff Development: Coach and mentor on-site supervisors and managers to foster high-quality, safe, and effective customer experiences.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct site visits, manage all compliance and regulatory standards.
- Program Development: Implement regional initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5+ years in a fitness, spa, education or hospitality industry management, specifically with experience leading other members of management.
- Leadership: Proven ability to drive results through others and manage a large, dispersed team.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Knowledge: Expertise in fitness, teaching, wellness programming, along with proficiency in CRM technology platforms.
- Requirements: Ability to travel within the East Coast region as business is needed for hands on leadership impact.
Position will report to our National Leader and is expected to operate both synergistically and
cross-functionally with other operations leaders for consistency .
