Role Overview
We are seeking an analytical, execution-driven Supply Chain Project Manager to support complex, cross-regional supply chain initiatives spanning logistics, procurement, warehousing, systems, and commercial operations.
This role is designed to operate as a force multiplier for senior leadership - owning structure, cadence, and delivery across multiple parallel workstreams while maintaining data integrity, financial alignment, and stakeholder accountability.
This is not a passive PMO role. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in ambiguity, navigating incomplete data, challenging assumptions, and driving initiatives from concept through execution across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Execution
- Own end-to-end delivery of multi-workstream supply chain initiatives (logistics optimization, network design, vendor consolidation, inventory alignment, systems rollout, compliance readiness).
- Translate strategic objectives into executable project plans, timelines, dependencies, and milestones.
- Proactively identify risks, blockers, and interdependencies across functions and regions; drive resolution without escalation where possible.
Cross-Functional & Global Coordination
- Act as the central coordination point between Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Legal, Procurement, IT, and Commercial teams.
- Prepare executive-level updates that are concise, data-backed, and decision-oriented (no filler).
Analytics & Decision Support
- Work directly with data sets related to inventory, lead times, MOQs, pallet locations, inbound/outbound flows, and cost drivers.
- Support development and maintenance of dashboards, scorecards, and KPI tracking (vendor scoreboards, pallet utilization, service levels, cost leakage).
- Validate assumptions and outputs used in financial models, sourcing decisions, and operational trade-offs.
Vendor & Partner Enablement
- Coordinate vendor data collection efforts (LT, MOQ, pricing, capacity, compliance).
- Support sourcing and RFQ initiatives (packaging, logistics services, parts, consumables).
- Track contractual obligations vs. operational reality (e.g., billable storage, SLAs, throughput commitments).
Process & Systems Enablement
- Support rollout and adoption of supply chain tools, real-time catalogs, and reporting systems.
- Document processes, define ownership models, and help institutionalize operating cadence.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work, improve data accuracy, and eliminate process debt.
What Success Looks Like (First 6-12 Months)
- Projects move faster with fewer follow-ups from leadership.
- Clear visibility into status, risks, and next actions across all major initiatives.
- Stakeholders are aligned, accountable, and working off a single source of truth.
- Leadership time shifts from coordination to decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Project Management, Supply Chian, or Engineering fields
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, or project management.
- Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional, multi-region initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with large, imperfect data sets.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication - able to synthesize complexity into clarity.
