We are looking for a talented Web & UI Designer with proven experience designing and building websites on Webflow and Shopify. The ideal candidate understands modern design principles, conversion optimization, and how to translate brand identity into best-in-class digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build visually compelling, high-performing websites using Webflow and Shopify
- Create intuitive UI/UX experiences that improve engagement and conversion rates
- Collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to bring brand visions to life
- Optimize websites for mobile responsiveness, speed, and SEO best practices
- Maintain design consistency across client and agency properties
- Execute website updates, landing pages, and redesign projects as needed
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional web and UI design experience
- Demonstrated experience building websites for CPG brands and/or digital agencies
- Strong portfolio showcasing live Webflow and Shopify projects
- Deep understanding of UI/UX, layout, typography, and conversion-focused design
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing for eCommerce brands
- Familiarity with CRO (conversion rate optimization) strategies
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Experience collaborating with marketing or growth teams
Pay: $9.00 - $15.00 per hour
