We are looking for a talented Web & UI Designer with proven experience designing and building websites on Webflow and Shopify. The ideal candidate understands modern design principles, conversion optimization, and how to translate brand identity into best-in-class digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build visually compelling, high-performing websites using Webflow and Shopify
Create intuitive UI/UX experiences that improve engagement and conversion rates
Collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to bring brand visions to life
Optimize websites for mobile responsiveness, speed, and SEO best practices
Maintain design consistency across client and agency properties
Execute website updates, landing pages, and redesign projects as needed

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of professional web and UI design experience
Demonstrated experience building websites for CPG brands and/or digital agencies
Strong portfolio showcasing live Webflow and Shopify projects
Deep understanding of UI/UX, layout, typography, and conversion-focused design
Fluent English with excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing for eCommerce brands
Familiarity with CRO (conversion rate optimization) strategies
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
Experience collaborating with marketing or growth teams

Pay: $9.00 - $15.00 per hour

Work Location: Remote
