A global investment firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their Investment Banking team. This is a challenging yet interesting position that allows direct impact at the highest level, working in a collaborative team environment. Ideally, candidates would have experience working within financial services supporting a client facing team.
This role is on-site five days per week in Midtown Manhattan.
Hours 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, with overtime needed on occasion
Salary: $125-135K plus bonus
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, coordinating internal and external meetings, including room scheduling, catering, and audio/video setups.
- Coordinate schedules and meetings across multiple time zones.
- Arrange business travel logistics and process expense reports in compliance with firm policies.
- Collaborate across Investor Relations, Finance, and Administrative teams to support organizational goals and priorities.
- Process expense reports in accordance with firm policies, maintaining accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members across offices and time zones to achieve organizational objectives.
- Contribute to a growing firm that values and supports its administrative staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in executive or administrative support roles, preferably in financial services or investment management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
