Executive Assistant
COMPANY OVERVIEW
Growing Manhattan based Real Estate Firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to join its NY office. The primary day-to-day role will be to provide executive support to the senior management team. This role will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Originate and edit documents and presentations, including contracts, leases, correspondence, using MS Office Suite of products.
- Manage and coordinate executive calendars.
- Assist with company marketing initiatives and brand presentation.
- Maintain professional relationships with tenants, clients, high level executives, assistants, and vendors.
- Coordinate meetings, including conference room scheduling, set-up and break-down, meal ordering and IT requirements.
- Oversee office management, including ordering supplies, office maintenance, stocking of refrigerator and overall appearance and cleanliness of office.
- Maintain filing system and storage of documents.
- Arrange executive travel as needed.
- Provide support to accounting department including, banking, filing, data entry into accounting system.
- Arrange for messengers and mail delivery.
- Knowledge of Yardi a plus
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in comparable roles.
- Highly organized, good team player, and independent problem solver.
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects with significant responsibilities and competing priorities. Strong communication skills (oral, written and interpersonal).
