Pearse Partners is entering a pivotal growth phase, investing in senior leadership to establish and scale our New York office. This is a rare opportunity to build and lead a high-impact and high-performing recruitment team within front office financial services, shaping strategy, driving expansion, and creating a market-leading presence in a highly competitive sector.

You will take ownership of an established division, with a core focus on infrastructure, private equity, and credit, and a mandate to build, scale, and lead a high-performing team
Role responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 3 Senior 360 Recruitment consultants from day one
- Build and scale the New York office to 10 consultants within the first 12 months
- Drive revenue growth across a high-value, front office 360 recruitment model
- Develop relationships with leading investment banks, private equity funds, and credit platforms
- Define and execute market strategy across infrastructure, private equity, and credit
- Establish best-in-class structures, coaching frameworks, and operational excellence
- Play a key role in shaping the long-term U.S. growth strategy
What we're looking for
- Proven success within a 360 recruitment environment, ideally within front office financial services
- A consistent billing history within relevant markets, demonstrating strong personal performance
- Strong business development skills, with a track record of winning and growing client relationships
- Experience managing and developing high-performing consultants
- Strong leadership capability with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and performance
- Track record of building or scaling teams, desks, or new markets
- Credibility operating with senior stakeholders across investment banking or private markets
- Confidence operating in a build-out or entrepreneurial setting
