We are delighted to be partnering with a leading investment bank in their search for a talented Investment Banking Associate to join their growing team and play a key role in driving their continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of mergers and acquisitions transactions, including buy-side, sell-side, and strategic advisory mandates.
- Manage the due diligence process, coordinating with clients and external advisors while maintaining data integrity and meeting tight transaction timelines.
- Build and oversee detailed financial models (DCF, LBO, accretion/ dilution analysis) to assess transaction impact and valuation.
Requirements:
- Closed at least one deal.
- Experience in sell-side M&A transactions within healthcare.
- Must hold a Series 79 certification.
