What You'll Do
Strategic Leadership
- Shape and execute the company's strategic vision for sustainable growth
- Drive revenue through business development and client relationships
- Accelerate key growth initiatives and expand into new markets
- Develop existing and new products to build market share and profitability
- Source, evaluate, and integrate strategic acquisitions
Operational Excellence
- Optimize supply chain and replenishment strategies to improve delivery and working capital
- Partner with business unit leaders on quality, process controls, and regulatory compliance
- Conduct regular business reviews against annual targets
- Build intellectual property pipeline and evaluate long-range opportunities
Financial & Business Management
- Approve annual budgets and provide strategic financial leadership
- Own organizational decision-making and resource allocation
- Present quarterly updates to Board of Directors
Leadership & Culture
- Provide day-to-day leadership to management team and employees
- Foster continuous improvement through development and training
- Build a high-performance, results-driven culture
What You Need
- Proven success as President or CEO with full P&L responsibility in a PE-backed organization
- Sales experience with industrial products through retail and distribution
- Track record leading a middle-market business competing against larger players
- Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on leadership approach
- Strong business acumen and results-oriented execution
- Experience working for a manufacturer
- Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred
- Board presentation and reporting experience
