We’re supporting an early-stage, well-funded technology business that is tackling a major real-world challenge within a highly complex and underserved sector.
This is an opportunity to join a small, senior team building software that is already seeing strong market demand. The business has secured backing from respected investors, has real momentum, and is now looking for a Full Stack Product Engineer who wants high ownership, fast iteration, and the chance to shape both product and engineering foundations from an early stage.
This is not a role for someone who wants to sit in a narrow lane. It would suit a product-minded engineer who enjoys solving meaningful problems, working closely with users, and helping build scalable systems in a fast-moving environment.
The role
As a Full Stack Product Engineer, you’ll play a key role in shaping product direction, engineering standards, and the overall technical foundation of the business.
You’ll work closely with customers, contribute across the stack, and help deliver product improvements quickly and pragmatically. This is a high-impact role where your work will be visible immediately and where you’ll have a genuine say in how things are built.
Tech stack
The current stack includes:
- Frontend: React
- Backend: Remix / Node.js
- ORM / Database: Prisma / PostgreSQL
- Language: TypeScript across the stack
- Infrastructure: AWS with CDK

AI is seen as a genuine productivity enabler within the engineering environment, not a gimmick.
The team actively explores new tooling and workflows to improve speed, automation, and quality, while maintaining a strong engineering standard. Engineers are encouraged to experiment, share learnings, and use AI in thoughtful, commercially useful ways.

- Have 2+ years of professional experience in full-stack product development
- Are highly capable with React and comfortable working across the stack
