This role is central to creating a best‑in‑class, hospitality‑driven experience for employees and clients across the office. What You’ll Do
- Lead the development and execution of workplace experience strategies that support a top‑quality, client‑focused working environment.
- Partner with office leadership and department heads to ensure a seamless employee and client experience.
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing Workplace Experience team with clear goals aligned with global standards.
- Implement best practices, guidelines, and service standards in collaboration with the broader WE team.
- Promote professionalism, accountability, and strong cross‑department relationships.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members, identifying growth opportunities and coaching for success.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information at all times.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Bachelor’s degree
âś… Minimum 7+ years of hospitality, customer service management, or workplace/office management experience.
âś… Background in hotel management, corporate services, or professional services preferred.
âś… Strong understanding of health & safety standards and workplace regulations.
âś… Ability to navigate and utilize various technology platforms and applications.
