Core Responsibilities
- Partner closely with a senior operations leader to drive strategic, high-priority initiatives that often connect to revenue and new business growth.
- Take full responsibility for complex, cross-functional projects, coordinating between teams such as product, engineering, commercial, and operations.
- Convert broad strategic goals into clear, actionable execution plans with defined deliverables, timelines, and accountability across stakeholders.
- Work in a fast-moving environment that values strong ownership, adaptability, and the consistent use of AI tools to improve speed and execution quality.
Requirements
- 3-10 years’ experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or programme leadership in high-growth environments.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and turn strategy into structured, executable plans.
- Experience building or improving operational frameworks and working closely with executive stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and systems thinking skills, with comfort operating in ambiguity and simplifying complex problems.
- Highly proactive, clear communicator with a strong ownership mindset and regular use of AI tools to improve speed and execution.
- Bachelor's Degree (ideally a Masters as well).
- Full US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
