As an Avada expert, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining visually stunning and highly functional websites for our clients. Your primary focus will be on leveraging the advanced features and capabilities of the Avada theme to create custom solutions that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
Position Description
- Design and develop custom websites using the Avada theme, incorporating advanced features, customizations, and integrations.
- Customize Avada templates and elements to create unique and visually appealing designs that align with client branding and goals.
- Optimize website performance and responsiveness using Avada's built-in tools and best practices.
- Ensure compatibility with various devices, browsers, and screen sizes through thorough testing and debugging.
- Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and best practices related to the Avada theme and WordPress ecosystem.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members on Avada-related issues and solutions.

Job Requirements:
- Web Design for Home Services Industry: at least 1 year
- Willing to take the initiative to go beyond the instructions given to make your work better
- Willing and able to ask questions when you are unclear or confused
- Use Trello, Slack, Google Drive, Google Meet, Loom
- Available for video calls if/when needed during company operating hours (10-5 pm EST). Ideally, a window of 4 hours daily we are able to contact you with questions or feedback.
DEALBREAKER - We have a 0 tolerance policy for missed deadlines. If you aren’t prepared to be on time every time, this is NOT the job for you.
