Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. We are seeking a high-level Executive Assistant to join our team in the Manhattan office! You will provide senior administrative support for a dynamic, growing media and entertainment company, ensuring the chief executive can efficiently accomplish key tasks and company initiatives. With offices in New York, London, and Los Angeles, the primary role would reach beyond keeping communications organized but to assist with thought leadership, as well as distinguishing levels of priority. Creativity is welcome, so is an appreciation of the importance of culture building. The organization is rapidly growing and presents an amazing opportunity to participate in the systems building of a profitable media firm that engages all along the range of entertainment from production to distribution.
Responsibilities:
Handle administrative needs of Executive
Manage Executive's schedule
Arrange conference calls and meetings
Plan work-related travel details
Create decks and spreadsheets using data from analysts
Liaise between our other offices
Maintain and order supplies
Some personal assistant responsibilities
Thought leadership
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a chief of staff, administrative assistant, or in other related fields
- Competency in Administrative Assistance with the ability to process and organize complex documents and tasks
- Excellent time-management, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and modern communication tools
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
