Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Partner with business and functional stakeholders to provide financial and performance insights that support strategic and operational decision‑making.
- Support business planning, forecasting, and performance management processes, including integration of actuals, business plan, and outlook.
- Prepare and analyze financial results, identify drivers of performance, and communicate insights to leadership through clear and concise reporting.
- Maintain strong financial controls and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data across systems and reports.
- Support capital and operating expense planning, tracking, and analysis, including variance analysis and management reporting.
- Leverage financial systems, tools, and dashboards to improve efficiency, transparency, and data quality; identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Collaborate with enterprise and embedded finance teams to support benchmarking, performance dialogues, and value tracking initiatives as applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
- Strong financial analysis, planning, and reporting capabilities
- Experience working with financial systems and data (e.g., ERP, planning tools, dashboards)
- Ability to translate complex financial information into clear insights for leadership
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
