We are seeking a highly motivated and driven architectrual lighting industry experienced marketing professional with one plus year of experience in a marketing function for a lighting systems manufacturer and/or a distributor/rep agency.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Houston, TX, for a Marketing rep specializing in architectural lighting. Candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing brand campaigns, and engaging with clients and stakeholders. Daily tasks include crafting and overseeing content creation, analyzing marketing analytics, and leading digital and traditional marketing initiatives to align with the company's overall goals. Candidate will also collaborate with sales and design teams to drive growth in product awareness and market presence.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in marketing strategy development, branding, and campaign management.
- Solid expertise in digital marketing, social media marketing, and SEO/SEM practices.
- Experience in content creation, including copywriting, editing, and crafting high-quality marketing materials.
- Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
- Proficiency in data analysis, marketing analytics tools, and performance reporting.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to build strong client and team relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Understanding of architectural lighting industry trends and atleast two years of experience in marketign role with a lighting manufacturer is required for this role.
Base salary range of 70k to 95k plus bonus depending on experience.
