We are seeking a talented Website Designer to create a modern, professional website that clearly showcases our brand, portfolio, and business divisions.
Project Overview
We are looking for a designer who can create a clean, sophisticated, and mobile-responsive website that includes:
- A strong, visually compelling homepage that communicates who we are as a company
- A Commercial Real Estate section highlighting our buildings and available office spaces
- A Residential Development section featuring upscale home projects
- A Hospitality section showcasing our hospitality business
- Individual property/building pages
- Contact and inquiry forms
- Easy-to-manage backend so we can update listings and content
The design should reflect a modern, professional, and upscale aesthetic aligned with the real estate and development industry.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop a modern, responsive website
- Create intuitive navigation between business divisions
- Implement a clean layout with strong visual hierarchy
- Ensure mobile optimization and fast load speeds
- Set up CMS functionality for property updates
- Integrate contact forms and inquiry submissions
- Apply basic SEO best practices
- Collaborate with us to align the design with our branding and goals
Qualifications
- Proven experience designing professional business websites (portfolio required)
- Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles
- Experience designing for real estate or property-based businesses (preferred)
- Ability to deliver a modern, polished aesthetic
- Strong communication and ability to meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Experience with dynamic property listings or filtered search functionality
- Basic SEO optimization knowledge
- Ability to assist with branding guidance if needed
- Understanding of high-end/luxury market presentation
