Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Entry Specialist located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data into the school's systems, maintaining database quality, and performing routine data checks for accuracy. The role will involve collaborating with administrative staff, handling data-related queries, and organizing and securing records to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively collaborate with staff and address inquiries.
- Proficiency in Typing and Computer Literacy, with the ability to work with data entry software and maintain accuracy under time constraints.
- Experience in Administrative Assistance, including document management, record-keeping, and maintaining accurate databases.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data.
- Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment and manage tasks independently.
- Familiarity with school environments or administrative roles is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or coursework in data management or office administration is a plus.
