What will you do?
In your role, you will lead the planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of clinical trial projects. You will be accountable for the entire project scope, team and resources, budget, and success or failure.
Here's the nitty-gritty:
· Create effective project plans for the setup and successful execution of clinical trial projects.
· Review, negotiate, and agree on project scope, timelines, and success criteria with internal and external teams.
· Oversee execution and timely completion of all project tasks and activities to achieve performance goals for clinical trial enrollment.
· Review project-based work across Projects and Patient Enrollment Center teams.
· Run meetings with clients to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
· Analyze areas for improvement and devise effective strategies to achieve project success.
· Perform risk management, identify potential issues, and take measures to mitigate them before they can negatively impact the project.
· Build relationships with advocacy groups and industry partners for clinical trial projects.
· Own 1-2 ad hoc projects to drive improvements for the Projects team.
In addition to the above, you may work on the following:
· Ensure successful renewals, extensions, and/or expansion for assigned clinical trial projects and clients.
· Maintain relationships with research sites and train them to use our platform.
· Support business development by attending client meetings and providing information and expert opinions as needed.
· Conduct research on project conditions for potential and ongoing projects in support of our Business Development and Client Operations teams.
· You may be responsible for managing 1-2 project associates.

For Clinical Research Project Manager
· You have 2+ years of experience as a project coordinator or project manager
· You have 2+ years of experience working in clinical research or equivalent academic training.
· You have exceptional interpersonal skills for working with your team, cross-functionally, and with clients.
· You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and effectively convey ideas, expectations, and information to your team, stakeholders, and clients.
· You have strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
· You can navigate uncertain situations and keep projects on track.
· You thrive when talking to people and can respond quickly under pressure.
· You are a team player who can inspire and excite people to get the job done.
· You are highly organized and can simultaneously manage multiple tasks, timelines, and resources.
· You are results-oriented and a natural problem solver. You are adept at getting to the root of the problem.
· You are adaptable and effective with your time to ensure deadlines are met.
